- zone map lead report asbestos survey Click this link for the contract documents The scope of work includes repairing deteriorated laboratory and office space, including flooring, walls, ceilings, doors, windows and antenna platform in building 738. Work shall be distributed in existing office and open administration areas and laboratory spaces, consisting of repairs to deteriorated architectural, mechanical, electrical and fire protection systems. Minor modifications to existing exterior walls are proposed, explicitly for the restoration of several door and window openings, along with the addition of a sun-shade, concrete sidewalk, architectural wall constructed of concrete masonry units (CMU) for signage, concrete ramps, the addition of a small PEB for storage of POD containers. The scope also repairs existing beams and columns where required, interior plumbing, fire suppression systems, and upgrade HVAC to meet current building codes and new requirements. The scope also includes removing hazardous materials including lead paint and asbestos. Deteriorated hot and cold water supply piping will also be replaced.
