- The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) requires an Archon Autosampler and Pre-Concentrator for use in the EPA Region 1 Laboratory. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-71. The Government may contact Offerors to clarify information to better understand their quotes or to request information that appears to be inadvertently omitted.
