- This is a REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. This announcement by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office-22(NCO-22) contains a Sources Sought, number VA262-14-I-0108, for Rural and Community Radiology Offsite Services (RCROS). The purpose of this Sources Sought Announcement is for market research to make appropriate acquisition decisions and to gain knowledge of potential qualified Large and Small Businesses interested and capable of performing the work. It is the VA's intention to solicit proposals on a competitive basis for a Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract. Multiple awards are anticipated. Proposed prices shall be per procedure based. The contract will be awarded as a base year (one year from date of award), with four (4) one-year renewal options that can be exercised at the option of the Government. The solicitation will be issued as a commercial service in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 15. NAICS is 621111. Responses to this notice shall include the following: (a) company name b) address (c) point of contact (d) phone, fax, and email (e) DUNS number (f) Type of small business, if applicable, (e.g. Services Disabled Veteran Owned small Business, Veteran-owned small business, 8(a), HUB-Zone, Women Owned Small Business, Small disadvantaged business, or Small Business), (g) a capability statement that addresses the organization's qualifications and ability to perform as a contractor, and (h) past performance information. Contractors shall not submit any proprietary information or marketing materials in response to the Request for Information (RFI). All communication regarding this RFI shall be accomplished via email, in writing with the subject line "RADIOLOGY RFI RESPONSE" (no mailed hard copies). Do not contact the hospital for any questions. No contract award will result from this notice, and VA is not responsible for any costs incurred by contractors in preparing their response to this RFI. VA anticipates issuance of the Final Request for Proposal on, after, or before June 01, 2014.
