- THIS IS PRESOLICITATION INFORMATION ONLY. This action is a Small Business Set-Aside The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Price, Five (5) Year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract for Rigid PVC Foam. Requirements for the guaranteed minimum and maximums quantities are as follows: CLIN 0001: 751 Sheets Minimum; 3,350 Sheets maximum 1.00 inch thick, 48x96 sheets CLIN 0002: 332 Sheets Minimum; 1,500 Sheets maximum.50 inch thick, 48x96 sheets CLIN 0003: 89 Sheets Minimum; 400 Sheets maximum.75 inch thick, 48x96 sheets CLIN 0004: 58 Sheets Minimum 300 Sheets maximum.375 inch thick 48x96 sheets The minimum quantities for the CLINS above are the only quantities guaranteed to be award as a result of the solicitation. There is a technical data package (TDP) which will be released at the time of solicitation. The shipping terms will be FOB destination (61299). Deliveries are expected to begin 30 days after the first delivery order is issued. This procurement is in support of the M997 Ambulance program at RIA-JMTC. The solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hard copies will not be provided. Vendors may download an electronic copy on or after the issue date by accessing the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/default.cfm CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder's mailing list. It is therefore, incumbent upon interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of the same. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
