- PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: The Department of Veterans Affairs Chalmers P. Wylie Veterans Affairs Ambulatory Care Center (VAACC), Columbus, Ohio (VISN 10) intends to solicit for Radiation Oncology Therapy Services. The purpose of this contract is to provide Radiation Oncology services to refer and authorized Veterans entitled to VA medical benefits as provided in the jurisdiction of the VAACC-Columbus. These services are to be provided to authorize Veterans who are referred by the Department of Veterans Affairs Chalmers P. Wylie Ambulatory Care Center, Columbus, Ohio. This requirement is a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Contract, and the contract period will be for a base twelve (12) month period with two (2) one (1) year renewable option periods to be exercised at the option of the government. The electronic solicitation shall be released on or about January 3, 2014 and may be downloaded from the following URL: http://www.fbo.gov. The solicitation number is VA250-14-R-0093. The procurement is for full and open competition, with no set-aside. Based on the number of responsible offerors, and VA intends to make a single awards as a result from this solicitation.
