- Sol HSCG40-14-R-52000 The U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center, Small Boat Product Line, has a requirement to procure various parts for the J.D.C.I./Boat Master trailers. Parts to be acquired are to support the J.D.C.I./Boat Master trailers currently being used to transport the USCG 26' Trailerable Aids to Navigation Boats (TANB). All parts supplied must be genuine J.D.C.I./Boat Master parts - no substitutes or aftermarket parts shall be accepted. The Government anticipates awarding a fixed-price requirements-type contract consisting of one base year and four option years as a result of this solicitation. All engineering and technical data, drawings etc. required to manufacture these parts are proprietary information to the OEM. It is the Government's belief that only J.D.C.I./Boat Master can provide these items and ensure exact form, fit, and function with existing equipment, therefore; it is the Government's intent to solicit only Original Equipment Manufacturer J.D.C.I./Boat Master. Concerns were given the opportunity to submit their capabilities in the Sources Sought Notice published to FedBizOpps on March 28, 2013 under Solicitation No. HSCG40-13-R-51014. Solicitation No. HSCG40-13-R-51014 is replaced with Solicitation HSCG40-14-R-52000. Request for Proposal (RFP) Number HSCG40-14-R-52000 is attached and available for download. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which if timely received, shall be considered by the Agency. This announcement is issued pursuant to FAR 6.302-1.
