This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation is attached at this time. The solicitation number is FA8224-14-T-0007 attached hereto and the solicitation is issued as a request for proposal (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-66. This acquisition is for Small Business Set Aside, under NAICS code 332312. The Air Force intends to procure One (1 Each) A-10 PAINT/PREP/BLAST WORKSTAND Per Drawing A-10-12-001 REV B which is made-up of all drawings provided (see requirement for receipt of drawings below). The Workstand must meet the Air Forces Purchase Specifications & Drawings. The Purchase Specifications & Drawings advertized with this synopsis notice are 100% complete, however the documents can change. It's the offerors responsibility to ensure they have followed the most current documents. *****Drawings are available upon request. Requests for drawings must be sent to francene.bielik@us.af.mil and caseypastrana@us.af.mil and must include the requestors name and direct contact, email, and postal address, cage code and DUNS number. Requestor must also submit an active/approved DD Form 2345 - Military Critical Technology Data Agreement Certificate issued by the U.S./Canada Joint Certification Office. Failure to provide these items will exclude a requestor from access to drawings. A summary of the U.S. - Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP) and an online DD Form 2345 with instructions for submittal to the U.S. / Canada Joint Certification Office for approval are available at: http://www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp Requests for Drawings Shall be Submittted by email to both: francenebielik@us.af.mil and Caseypastrana@us.af.mil ***Final delivery shall be no later than 6 Months after date of contract, FOB destination, Hill AFB, UT 84056. Offeror shall submit the proposal according to the solicitation. Offeror shall comply with all aspects of the purchase specification and drawings. This will be a Firm Fixed Price award. Offerors shall provide FFP pricing The formal solicitation is attached hereto. 100% Small Business Set-aside The entire solicitation will be made available only on FedBizOpps (FBO) website at: https://www.fbo.gov. All current/future information about this acquisition, i.e. solicitation, amendments, purchase specification, and Q &A's will be distributed through FBO. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring FBO to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. Offerors are advised to review 52.212-1 Instruction to Offerors Addendum and 52.212-2 Evaluation Addendum, clauses in the solicitation for instructions to Offerors and evaluation criteria. Failure to comply with the above mentioned regulations will result in an award to the next otherwise successful registered Offeror.
