- At this time, the Government is conducting market research to assist in determining the service strategy for fixed wing LCCS efforts. The Government will not pay for any information received in response to this request, nor will the Government compensate any respondent for any costs incurred in developing the information provided to the Government. These questions are for market research purposes only. There is no solicitation package available at this time. All interested parties should send company and/or descriptive literature along with responses to the following questions and any comments or questions to Ms. Michele Erker, email michele.k.erker.civ@mail.mil or address: ATTN: SFAE-AV-FW, 5030 Bradford Drive NW, Suite 101, Huntsville, AL, 35805. All responses should be received no later than COB 19 December 2013. All questions and comments must be in writing (electronic email responses are acceptable), and no telephone calls will be accepted.
