- The Naval Surface Warfare Center - Carderock Division (NSWCCD) is hereby issuing a Market Survey from all potential sources who may be interested in the design and manufacturing of Load Banks in the 400-10000kW range for use in a Navy facility. The information provided will assist NSWCCD in developing and further defining future procurement and acquisition strategies. This survey in no way binds the Government to offer contracts to responding companies. Defense and commercial contractors, including small businesses, veteran-owned businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned businesses, HUBZone small businesses, and woman-owned small businesses are encouraged to participate. However, respondents must be able to demonstrate that they currently produce the above mentioned technology in the power ranges specified for commercial or other military applications. At no cost to the Government, responding vendors may continue technical dialogue with this Market Survey's Point of Contact after the initial response is provided. The key element for this notice is that this is purely designed to provide the NSWCCD with a general idea of who can provide this type of service. This is purely for information gathering purposes only.
