- Good Day, The US Geological Survey is interested in find out if there are any Small Business who has the capability and interest in quoting on the attached PWS. Send an email with your capabilities statement to cvega@usgs.gov by December 9th at 12:00 pm EST in order to be included in the solicitation notification. -- Instructions to Vendors and Evaluation Criteria Vendors shall quote model that meets or exceed. Vendors shall provide product documentation of its products compliance with specifications. If documentation submitted does not clearly demonstrate vendors products meets these requirements its quote may not be considered. Award will be made on lowest-price, technically acceptable based on the following criteria: 1.Price 2.Technical acceptance 3.Past performance Please note that registration at www.sam.gov and https://www.fedconnect.net/FedConnect/ is mandatory in order to receive award. Vendors must provide the following with their quote: -Tax Identification Number -DUNS Number -GSA Number (if applicable) -Warranty information (if applicable) -Business status (large, small, woman-owned, minority-owned, disadvantaged.)
