- Solicitation N40085-14-R-1303, IDIQ Contract for Mechanical & Electrical Engineering and Design Services This proposed contract is for licensed architectural-engineering (A-E) services for mechanical and electrical engineering and design services as described below and will be procured in accordance with the Brooks Act as implemented by FAR Subpart 36.6. It is being solicited as a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. Engineering and design services are required for one (1), indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract. The projects will primarily be located at Marine Corps Air Station, Cherry Point and Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, and outlying areas such as Bogue, Atlantic, Piney Island and Marine Corps Air Station, New River, North Carolina. In addition work may also be included at other areas within MCI East's Area of Responsibility such as, South Carolina (Beaufort and Parris Island), Georgia (Albany) and surrounding areas. Work could also be added in other areas within the NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic Area of Responsibility and the NAVFAC Atlantic Area of Responsibility.
