- ***** SOLICITATION IS NOW AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD AT WWW.FBO.GOV**** Maintenance Bulkheads, Olmsted Locks & Dam, Olmsted, IL. This solicitation is for the fabrication, painting, and delivery of seven 4' tall, 14' wide, 115' long type C bulkheads (56' head) and three 4' tall, 14' wide 115' long type B (41' head) bulkheads (10 total) for the Olmsted Dam Project. The contract duration will be 450 days from Notice To Proceed with the potential for a shortened schedule. The estimated cost is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This is a Best Value solicitation and the basis for award is the tradeoff process. Proposals will be evaluated by a team of Government personnel in accordance with the following criteria: Past Performance, Technical, and Price and Pro Forma Information. The estimated issue date is 02 December 2013 with an approximate proposal due date of 02 January 2014. The contract specification files are Portable Document Format (PDF) files and can be viewed, navigated, or printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader.
