MCLC, Albany, GA intends to negotiate a sole source, firm fixed price order with L-3 Communications Cincinnati Electronic Corp (Cage 80045) for the repair of the following: Item 0001:1240-01-554-1735, Thermal Elbow Assembly, P/N 777767, Qty 15 Each. Ship FOB Destination to SW3121, TMO, MCLC, Albany, GA 31704, North America Industry Classification 334511 and the Small business size standard is 750 employees. Delivery is requested 90 days after receipts of the repair assets. The solicitation number is assigned for administrative purposes only as preparation of proposal is not anticipated. NO TECHNICAL DATA IS AVAILABLE. This synopsis neither constitutes a Request for Proposal, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. This synopsis should not be construced as commitment by the Government for any purpose. The Government will consider all responses from capable interested offerors received within 15 calendar days after date of publication of this synopsis. Any information submitted by respondents to this synopsis is strictly voluntary. The Government will not pay for any contract action. Such offers must be supported by information to enable the government to evaluate an offerors capability to repair these items without the government providing technical data.
