- The Southern Regional Contracting Office, Ft. Gordon, GA intends to issue a purchase order pursuant to the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(i) on a sole source basis to Medtronic Inc, for Pacemaker Protecta XT CRT-Device a patient specific surgical supplies. The required items are invasive devices, prescribed by the patient's physician/surgeon and determined by the physician/surgeon to be best suited to meet the medical, health and lifestyle needs of the patient for whom it is required. Applicable NAICS is 339112. This action will be conducted IAW FAR 12 and 13. This notice is posted for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested firms must identify their interest and provide documentation demonstrating their capability (include detailed technical information and other technical literature) demonstrating the ability to meet the above requirements by e-mailing the Contracting Officer at gwendolyn.dixon.civ@mail.mil no later than 5:00 PM Central Time, 7 November, 2013. Any information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government reserves the right not to compete the proposed purchase order based on responses received to this notice.
