- Synopsis: The project includes but is not limited to the following work: The contractor shall provide management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, repair parts, tools, and supplies, and is responsible for the efficient, effective, economical and satisfactory operation, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repair of equipment and systems located within the property lines of the following locations: Location 1: Gerald R. Ford Federal Building & Courthouse, 110 Michigan Avenue Street, Grand Rapids, MI, 49503 Location 2: Federal Building & Courthouse, 410 W. Michigan Avenue, Kalamazoo, MI, 49007 Location 3: Charles Chamberlain Federal Building-Post Office-Courthouse, 315 W. Allegan, Lansing, MI, 48901 This acquisition will be procured as a total small business set-aside, open to all small business concerns. Small business concerns, including 8(a), HUBZone, veteran-owned, service-disabled veteran-owned, disadvantaged and women-owned businesses are encouraged to submit proposals. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238220 with a Small Business Size Standard of $14 million. This will be a negotiated, best value procurement and is being solicited as a 12-month (one year) Base contract with the Government having the unilateral right to extend the services for four additional 12-month (one year) Option periods. The estimated price range is between $250,000 and $500,000 for a 12-month period. Offerors must submit a proposal for all three locations in order to be considered for award. Interested offerors must be active in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov. The solicitation will be posted on or about December 18, 2013. The solicitation cited above can only be obtained by accessing a secure website known as FedBizOpps. FedBizOpps is a secure website designed to safeguard Sensitive But Unclassified (SBU) acquisition information. You may access FedBizOpps via the following URL https://www.fbo.gov.
