- QASP CDRLs A003 & A004 CDRLS A001 & A002 PWS Solicitation Document This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation posted; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation is attached. The solicitation number is FA8224-14-R-0087 and is issued as a request for proposal (RFP), utilizing FAR Part 12 Commercial Acquisition, FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP), and Subpart 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. Applicable clauses and provisions are listed in the attached solicitation. All clauses/provisions applicable to the solicitation will remain in full force in any resultant award. (Full text of clauses and provisions may be accessed electronically at http://farsite.hill.af.mil/farsite.html. The acquisition is for full and open competition under the NAICS Code 488190 and Small Business Size Standard is $30M. Hill Air Force Base, UT intends to award a Firm Fixed Priced IDIQ Requirements Contract for the acquisition of services listed in the attached solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. The Government intends to select one contractor; however, the Government reserves the right to award no contract at all, depending on the quality of the proposals/quotes, prices submitted, and the availability of funds. Anticipated Period of Performance is three years (36 months) from date of award. Only DoD Contractors who have a current DD Form 2345 are authorized to have access to the Drawings, Technical Orders, and Specification, which will only be available through FedBizOpps.gov. Offerors must specify their business size and state whether their business is a U.S. or foreign-owned firm.
