- GCE Justification The Department of Labor (DOL) Office of Procurement Services (OPS), on behalf of the Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) intends to award a Sole Source contract to Global Computer Enterprises Inc., 10780 Parkridge Blvd, Suite 300, Reston Va. 20191, to provide for the transmission of data and associated documentation to build an interface of all previous NCFMS data elements to a new DOL Managed Data Warehouse. The applicable North American Classification Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 518210 with a business size standard of $30 million dollars. This purchase will be made in accordance with FAR Part 8.405-6, Limiting Sources. Only one responsible source is available and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This Notice of Intent to Sole Source is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be addressed. No award will be made on the basis of quotes or offers received in response to this notice. See attached Limited Sources Justification. Any response to this notice must show clear, compelling and convincing evidence that competition will be advantageous to the government. The intent of this notice is for informational purposes only.
