- ********* End Item Application: GRIP, PISTOL, LASER NSN 5855-01-460-9157, IS MARKED AS COMMERCIAL. FOB WILL BE AT ORIGIN AND THE ANTICIPATED SOLICITATION DATE WILL BE 10 DECEMBER 2013. FOB ORIGIN AND FAR PART 12 COMMERCIAL ACQUISITION PROCEDURES APPLY*******PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE CORRECT SOLICITATION IS SPE4A6-14-R-1223 IN LIEU OF SPE4A6-13-R-1223 AS STIPULATED ON THE ORIGINAL SYNOPSIS****** This solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Quantity Contract. The proposed award will be for a base year and four option years. This is a 1/Q item. SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. PART NUMBER GL-402M AND PART NUMBER LG202. NSN is a Critical Application Item. WEAPON SYSTEM CODE: C7N NAVY EXPEDITIONARY PROGRAMS. Each NSN will be evaluated based on the Estimated Demand Quantity. Ordering minimum and maximum quantity requirements are available in the attachment along with the requested delivery requirements. The solicitation will result in a 5 Year Firm-Fixed-Price Indefinite Quantity Contract with a Base Period and Four 1-year Option Periods. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Suppliers must be registered (SAM) Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) utilizing the System for Award Management (SAM) database at web portal www.sam.gov. This web portal consolidates the capabilities of the CCR and ORCA. Annual updates to suppliers' registration will be required. A copy of the solicitation will be available via DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the same issue date cited in the solicitation. Choose the RFP you wish to download. Solicitations are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents, you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com. A paper copy of the solicitation will not be available to requestors. The Estimated Annual Demand Quantity (EAD) is as follows: Base Year EAD: 312 each, Option Year EAD: 312 each. Guaranteed Minimum Quantity: 78 ea.. Delivery - 96 days ARO; FOB: DESTINATION - Inspection/Acceptance: DESTINATION. The solicitation issue date is on or about NOVEMBER 21, 2013.
