Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to obtain Laboratory Testing Services for the VA Northern California Health Care System, 10535 Hospital Way, Mather, CA 95655. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, supplies, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation and resources necessary to conduct Laboratory Testing of patient specimens. The NAICS code is 621511 and the small business size standard is $30 million. This acquisition is unrestricted. The requirement includes a base year and four one (1) year options. The RFQ is VA261-14-Q-0133. The solicitation will be issued on or about December 3, 2013. The offer due date is anticipated for December 20, 2013. All questions must be received in writing and emailed to phyllis.charles@va.gov. Offeror's are responsible for downloading all documents including amendments at www.fbo.gov. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. NOTE: The forthcoming solicitation replaces RFQ VA261-14-Q-0057 that was canceled on November 22, 2013.
