Pre-solicitation Ad GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT Pre-solicitation Notice #2WA05090 State:WA City:Port Angeles Delineated Area:Port Angeles Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):Approximately 900 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):Approximately 1,050 Space Type:Office Parking Spaces (Total):5 Parking Spaces (Surface):5 Full Term:10 years Firm Term:5 years Additional Requirements:None Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 or 500 year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Port Angeles, WA that will be expiring on May 27, 2014. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. Expressions of Interest Due:4:00 pm PST, December 18, 2013 Occupancy (Estimated):May 28, 2014 Expressions of interest must include the following information: 1.Building/site name and address and location of the available space within the building/site; 2.Rentable square feet available and expected rental rate per rentable square foot, showing the rent broken into Shell rent and Operating expense rent; 3.ANSI/BOMA office area-(ABOA) square feet to be offered and expected rental rate per ABOA square foot, fully serviced but excluding utilities for the following: electricity/ gas, water/sewer and trash collection. Indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, (if any); 4.Date of space availability; 5.Amount of parking available on-site and its cost. Include whether expected rental rate includes the cost of the required Government parking, (if any); 6.Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building; 7.Name, address, telephone number, and email address of authorized contact; 8.Your letter must include the RLP # listed above and be emailed or mailed to the Primary point of Contact; If the expression of interest letters does not have all of the information listed above they may be considered unresponsive.
