- 2d Amendment provided to note discrepency with Solicitation number. Solicitation number is M67861-14-R-A002, not M67861-13-R-A002. Item amended to add solicitation. Marine Forces Reserve Master Support Services - M67861-13-R-A002 This solicitation notice is issued to request proposals from responsible and responsive Offerors for Marine Forces Reserve's (MARFORRES) requirement for commercial knowledge-based management support services to include project/program management, mission assurance and information technology services in support of MARFORRES. All responsible sources may submit a proposal in response to this solicitation which shall be considered by Marine Forces Reserve. This solicitation will utilize competitive procedures set forth in FAR 6.102(b) and 6.401(b) (Competitive proposals). The solicitation issued here is a total small business set aside utilizing full and open competition after the exclusion of sources. See attached for Standard Form 33 and attachments.
