- Description
- This contract requires the services for the production, packing, and delivery of container grown tree seedlings and native plants (to be referred to as seedlings in remainder of th contract) from Government-furnished seed for the Malheur National Forest of Region 6, Oregon, eastside. Both fall and winter extraction seasons are prescribed. For physiological reasons correlated to the nursery-outplant site climate interprelationship, the location where the seedlings shall be produced, shall be located in the State of Oregon (or within 100 miles of the stated boundaries). It is estimated that the solicitation for this contract will be posted on or around: December 10, 2013.
