- This project will be issued in the near future. Offerors are encouraged to check FEDBIZOPPS on a regular basis for the issuance of the solicitation. Solicitation will be issued as an unrestricted procurement. The pre-proposal conferece is tentatively scheduled for January 7, 2014 and the site visit has been tentatively scheduled for January 8, 2014. Additional information will be included in the soliciation. The tentative NON-PRICE FACTORS are Experience, Past Performance and Technical Approach.
