- Solicitation for Senior Acquisition and Assistance Specialist USAID/Ethiopia is soliciting applications for the position of a US or TCN PSC Contracting and Agreement Officer. The PSC Officer will participate in the USAID US and Third Country National PSC Pilot Warrant Program. Thus, all offerors must submit material evidencing compliance with the pilot program requirements in addition to the demonstration of knowledge, skills and abilities necessary for the position in general.
