- PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Project consists of the following: Providing equipment, materials and labor to construct a boat ramp and site access road at the new Lorenzo Boat Ramp Recreation Site as outlined in these specifications and the associated drawings. Work to include construction of a new boat ramp and site road and docks. Also includes design for approval for the cofferdam and dock system to be installed at the new site. There are two Schedules of Work. Schedule A includes the work associated with the Boat Ramp and installation of a 48 culvert and Schedule B includes work associated with the Site Road. LOCATION: (Jefferson County) 700 N 4100 E, Rigby, ID 83442 CONSTRUCTION MAGNITUDE: The construction magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. ***SITE VISIT***17 October 2013, 10:00 am, at the location noted above. ***RSVP for the site visit by 10 October 2013, 3:00 MT by emailing the following information to jecarter@blm.gov: (1) Name (First Name and Last Name), (2) Company, (3) Whether you anticipate proposing as prime contractor or a subcontractor, (4) Email address and (5) Phone number.******* APPROXIMATE DATES: The solicitation will be issued on or around 7 October 2013. Proposals will be due as noted in the solicitation, on or around 31 October 2013. No further notice will be posted. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The period of performance is an estimate total of 373 calendar days from the date of award. OTHER INFORMATION: Solicitation no. L13PS01200 to include all attachments should be made available on or around the 7 October 2013 and will only be available electronically through Fedconnect.net.
