- "A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the same issue date cited in the solicitation. Choose the RFP you wish to download. Solicitations are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Arobat Reader. This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com. A paper copy of the solicitation will not be available to requestors. The solicitation issue date is November 21, 2013." A Request for Proposal (RFP), SPE4A7-14-R-1027, was issued to establish a Definite Quantity Firm Fixed Price type contract; on NSN 1660-01-057-7860, Turbine Wheel Assembly 115 each. Item is Critical Application. Configuration Control and Export Controlled does not apply. Item is not commercial. Item is in accordance with Part Number 764487-2. The estimated dollar value for this procurement is $189,482.05 with respond due date 12/23/2013. The need arrival date (NAD) is 09/14/2014; with an estimated award date (EAD) on 02/21/2014. Based on the NAD-EAD= the time yields a umber less than 100 days, therefore, the acquisition specialist utilized a 25% reduction of the historical PLT as the delivery objective. Requiring 273 days total delivery for production on 115 units. Delivery requested at FOB Point @ Destination with Inspection & Acceptance at Origin.
