- Request for Information / Sources Sought MARKET RESEARCH Joint Base Lewis-McChord Guidebook, Guidebook Compact Disc, Maps and Calendars Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington The Department of the Army, Mission Installation Contracting Commend-Joint Base Lewis-McChord (MICC-JBLM), Washington (WA), is currently requesting information in order to determine the existence of viable commercial sources capable of providing base guidebooks, guidebook compact discs (CDs), maps and calendars for Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA. The Government will consider the responses to this request when determining how the Government will state its requirement and how the procurement will be conducted. This Request for Information / Sources Sought notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or to award a contract. There will not be reimbursement for any costs associated with providing information in response to this RFI notice or any follow-up information requests. The intended contract period is for a two-year base period and two (2) two-year option periods (six years total). The Government is not soliciting offers at this time. The Contracting Officer will determine which suggested changes, if any, are accepted. This is a sources sought notice to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources. A solicitation is not currently available. The Government may use your responses for the purposes of determining how the requirement may be stated and/or how the Government may conduct the procurement. Interested parties shall not construe this sources sought announcement as a commitment by the Government, whether implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or to award a contract. The Government will not reimburse interested parties for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice or any follow-up information requests.
