- DLA Land at Aberdeen anticipates issuing a request for proposal (RFP) on or about November 22, 2013, which will result in the award of an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Long Term Contract (LTC). The RFP will be for the manufacturing and delivery of three (3) Line Replaceable Units (LRUs) in support of the Blue Force Tracker-1 Aviation (BFT-1 AVN) System. The resultant LTC will have a 3-year base period and no option periods. The National Stock Number (NSN), Item Description, Part Number and 3-year Best Estimated Quantity (BEQ) for the contract period are as follows: (1) NSN 5895-01-534-8195, MT-2011E, Terminal Satellite, Part Number CMDC-SM-X0GN, BEQ 49, Unit of Issue EA (2) NSN 5895-01-606-0764, AVX-06-203, Terminal, Satellite Communication, Part Number CMDC-203-X2GN5, BEQ 219, Unit of Issue EA (3) NSN 5996-01-534-8197, DP LNA, Amplifier, Radio Frequency, Dual Pole Low Noise, Part Number CMDC-SW-DP, BEQ 50, Unit of Issue EA Quantities provided are for planning purposes only, and do not represent a guarantee by the Government. The Government is only obligated to order the guaranteed minimum, which will be included in the forthcoming solicitation. The NAICS code for these NSNs is 334220. This procurement is not subject to a small business set-aside.
