- This synopsis is for mechanical maintenance services at the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) located in Vicksburg, MS. This requirement is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses under NAICS Code 238220 with a size standard of $14,000,000.00. A pre-solicitation notice was posted on 10 September 2013 which included a draft PBSOW, a sample bid schedule of expected CLINs, and an equipment list. A Pre-proposal conference and site visit is planned with final details and a schedule to be provided at a later time. The solicitation package is anticipated to be available on or about 18 November 2013. This is a Pre-solicitation notice for a draft Performance Base Statement of Work (PBSOW) for Mechanical Maintenance Services at the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) located in Vicksburg, MS. This requirement is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses under NAICS Code 238220 with a size standard of $14,000,000.00. A draft solicitation is being posted simultaneously which includes a draft PBSOW, a sample bid schedule of expected CLINs, and an equipment list. Questions and comments to the draft PBSOW are encouraged and should be submitted in writing only by 25 September 2013. It is anticipated that a final solicitation and PBSOW will be posted within 2-3 weeks from the date of this pre-solicitation notice. A Pre-proposal conference and site visit is planned with final details and a schedule to be provided at a later time.
