- SF 1449 and Solicitation Request For Quote (RFQ) This is a combined synopsis solicitation in accordance with FAR Part 12, Commercial Items and Part 13, under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order to the vendor that is technically acceptable, lowest price responsive to the solicitation determined responsible and has a satisfactory past performance record. You are invited to submit a quote by 12:00 Noon, EST., on Monday, November 18, 2013. Electronic submission of quotes are authorized. Your quote should include all costs and may be submitted by email to LaVonne Y. Hill at HillL@gao.gov or faxed to (202) 512-3999. All quotes should include (1) company name and address (2) telephone number and fax number (3) company point of contact and email address.
