- Contract HT0011-13-P-0029 Laboratory Standards Services Center for Clinical Laboratory Medicine. Laboratory Standards Services: This contract will provide all DoD Clinical Laboratories unlimited, yearlong access to the standards through the CD-ROM electronic library on the CLSI website. Sites will also be allowed to participate in standards development and receive CE credits. The contractor will allow up to 35 users to access the CD-ROM electronic library at one time, and shall ensure that all DoD Laboratories have access to the required standards when needed.
