- CLIN 6609ME has an incorrect clause referenced (3.8) Also the amount not to exceed is missing from the schedule. The Contractor is correct. Section 3.8 of the new PWS relates to surcharges for movement of rolloff boxes. The old (current) contract referenced C.3.11 for supplies reimbursement, i.e. pallets and containers. It did not address emergency equipment reimbursement. The reference to Section 3.8 in the new PWS will be removed and the Not-To-Exceed $10,000 for CLIN 6609ME (Est. Qty. of 1 EA) will be reinserted. The Gov’t will reimburse a fair market price for emergency supplies and equipment used under CLIN 6609ME.
