- This pre-solicitation and solicitation synopsis is for a construction contract for cleanup of the Photo Fabrication Shop at Tobyhanna Army Depot, Tobyhanna PA. Work to include, but is not limited to: removal and disposal of interior partition walls, removal of equipment, removal and disposal of HVAC piping, wiring and incidental related work. Cleanup will also involve asbestos mitigation. Estimated magnitude is $100,000 - $250,000. NAICS is 238910 (Site Preparation Contractors), average annual receipts $14.0 million. Solicitation number W25G1V-14-B-0002 applies. This solicitation, including specifications and drawings, will be issued electronically only. Any amendments will also be issued electronically only. No paper or disk will be available. Issue is in accordance with FAR 4.502, 5.102(d) and 14.101(b). Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after issue date on the Federal Business Opportunities website at the following internet address: https://www.fbo.gov/. At Keyword/Solicitation Number enter W25G1V-14-B-0002 and click SEARCH. Any resultant contract will be Firm Fixed-Price. It is incumbent that any interested sources periodically access the internet site to obtain any amendments. Failure to obtain amendments and/or acknowledge amendments by the time set for receipt of bids may result in rejection of your bid. Bids must be submitted in HARD COPY ONLY. ELECTRONIC BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Estimated issue/due dates are 22 November 2013/23 December 2013. Actual issue and due dates shall be as established in the solicitation.
