- This pre-solicitation notice is to announce an Invitation for Bid for a for the sale, and removal of chipped wood for the prupose of recycling. Requst for Bids W912GY-14-Q-0002 for Sierra Army Depot, Herlong, California. Purchaser will be required to continuously provide dedicated chipped wood pick up for 1000 tons. Number of ton may vary circumstances as will the number of pickups. The initial number of tons is set at 1000. *** Inquiries: All contractual and technical questions must be submitted in writing through Army Single Face Industry (ASFI) or may be faxed to 530-827-4722, Attn: Charee Harris or by email to charee.k.harris.civ@mail.mil. Notifications: Notification of any postponements and any amendments to this solicitation will be posted on this website.
