- NSN 1560-01-261-3082 PR 51166332; Item: Tank Fuel Aircraft. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available. Approved Sources are Bell Helicopter (CAGE: 97499), P/N: 209-060-652-107 and American Fuel Cell P/n: 62456-1. Any manufactures not listed above that wishes to submit a source approval request for this item for future procurements should visit http://www.dscr.dla.mil/userweb/sarguide.doc for details on how to submit a SAR package. This procurement is a large purchase quantity of 33 each. This item is a Critical Application item with Configuration Control; NAVY Identified Critical Safety Item (CSI); Flight Safety Critical; Part Numbered Item. The technical data package for this item is subject to Export Control. Specifications, plans, or drawing relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The Production requested delivery is 440 days from government acceptance/approval of the First Article. Terms and Conditions are FOB Origin; Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. Solicitation is unrestricted for business size. Other than full and open competition in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(C)(1). This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at: dlaprocurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) and/or the Past Performance Information Retrieval System-Statistical Reporting (PPIRS-SR) will be used as an evaluation factor.
