- This pre-solicitation notice is to announce an Invitation for Bid for a 3 month sales agreement for sale, and removal of cardboard bales for the prupose of recycling. Requst for Bids W912GY-14-Q-0001 for Sierra Army Depot, Herlong, California, for the sale, and removal of surplus cardboard for the purpose of recycle. Purchaser will be required to continuously provide dedicated cardboard bale pick up for a 3 moth period. Number or bales will vary under changing circumstances as will the number of pickups. The initial number of bales is set at 880, however, quanitity will drop off significantly thereafter once a regular schedule is established. *** Inquiries: All contractual and technical questions must be submitted in writing through Army Single Face Industry (ASFI) or may be faxed to 530-827-4722, Attn: Charee Harris or by email to charee.k.harris.civ@mail.mil. Notifications: Notification of any postponements and any amendments to this solicitation will be posted on this website. It is the sole responsibility of the offeror to continually view this website for any amendments made to this solicitation.
