- Amendment Number 1. Amendment No. 1 is hereby issued to distribute the Pre-Proposal Conference attendance sheets and to extend the closing date to Tuesday, December 3, 2013 at 4:00 P.M. In addition, Amendment No. 1 adds/revises/replaces sections of the Agreement and Specification Section 01 3100. (See Attachment). All other terms and conditions remain the same. Submissions MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN Tuesday, December 3, 2013 at 4:00 P.M EASTERN TIME. Last day for receipt of Request for Information (RFI) is on November 18, 2013. Submissions are to be mailed to Claudia Rivera, Contracting Officer, Acquisition Management Division (2PQCB), 26 Federal Plaza Room 1639, New York, New York 10278. See attached Standard for 30 for Amendment Number 1.
