- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The South Dakota Army National Guard has a requirement for an Indefinite Quantity of Printed T-shirts. The award will be for a Firm Fixed Price with a quote mark Not to Exceed quote mark dollar amount. The period of performance will be the date of award - 30 September 2014. The award will be for one base year and two (2) additional option years. The government is not obligated to exercise any option year. The decision to exercise will be based off of the government needs and what is in the best interest of the government.
