- Solicitation number, SPE4A6-14-R-1173, SC1000016837, NSN 5365-01-180-6341, Ring, Lock, Keyed. Unit of issue is each. Solicitation is a 50% partial small business set- aside, Other than Full and Open Competition. Weapons code is 05F and the end item is Aircraft Stratolifter C/KC-135. Non-Commercial and is not CSI. The procurement item description list three manufacturers. Approved sources of supply are General Electric Company CAGE 07482 part number 1663M70P02, Moeller Mfg. Company, Inc. CAGE 08244 part number 1663M70P02 and CFM International Inc. CAGE 58828 part number 1663M70P02. Surge and sustainment is not required. The solicitation will result in Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for one year plus four (4) option years. The Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) for the unrestricted portion for the base year and for each option year thereafter is 63 each. The Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) for the set aside portion for the base year and for each option year thereafter is 63 each. The guaranteed minimum quantity for the base year only for the unrestricted portion is 16 each. The guaranteed minimum quantity for the base year only for the set aside portion is 16 each.
