- This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought Synopsis. This is NOT a Request for Proposal. The following information is provided to assist the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAVAIR) in conducting a market research of industry to identify potential contractors capable of providing automotive type scissor lifts. Interested Contractor's should be able to provide scissor lifts that meet the following specifications in a quantity of 4: Procurement Specifications 1.) Lifting Capacity - 6,000 lbs 2.) Overall Length - 75.5 inches 3.) Overall Width - 38 inches 4.) Fully Extended Length - 98 inches 5.) Fully Extended Width - 68.5 inches 6.) Maximum Raised Height - 39.5 inches 7.) Minimum Lowered Height - 39.5 inches 8.) Lifting Time - 30 seconds 9.)
