Description
SOLICITATION: SPE4A6-14-R-1222; NSN 6620-01-179-4142; PR: 1000016710; ITEM: Transducer; IAW Kulite Semiconductor Products, Inc. (CAGE 34345), part number IPT-20RT1-1000-150G. FOB is at Destination, Inspection and Acceptance will take place at Origin. Required delivery is 106 days ADO. This NSN is a Navy Critical Safety Item (CSI) and is not commercial. Configuration Control applies. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Solicited unrestricted on an Other Than Full and Open Competitive basis. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 84 each. These quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option periods. The guaranteed minimum quantity for this solicitation is 21 each for the base year only. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is November 21, 2013. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the RFP.
