- Indian Health Service - Gallup Indian Medical Center, Gallup, New Mexico, intends to award a sole source firm fixed priced order to Lease Stryker Surgical Instruments from American Purchasing Services, LLC. (dba: American Medical Depot), 10315 USA Today Way, Miramar, FL 33025-3902 in the amount of $40,869.83 for a base period plus two one-year option periods. Stryker Corporation has the proprietary rights for all the Maintenance Service for Repair of Surgical Instruments (Drill and Saws), on the existing Government-owned equipment in the hospital. The maintenance services are considered mission critical and are imperative to maintaining patient care. See attach listing of Stryker instruments. The anticipated award date is November 15, 2013. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423450, size standard: 100 employees. This procurement of services is being conducted under FAR PART 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) soliciting from a single source authorized by FAR 6.302-1. This notice is not a request for proposal and a solicitation will not be issued in conjunction with the notice of intent. Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated services may provide a capability statement. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 4:00 PM Mountain Standard Time on November 13, 2013. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
