- Contracting Officer Determination Noncommercial services to investigate the processes that less than br greater than determine the rate of mass transfer of volatile dissolved material from ground less than br greater than water through the soil matrix to the ground surface. This investigation is a less than br greater than continuation of existing research to provide (1) understanding of the physical less than br greater than processes, (2) support for developing mathematical descriptions of those less than br greater than processes, and (3) improved numerical modeling of these phenomena. The less than br greater than only organization with the facilities and capabilities to conduct these on-going less than br greater than experiments is the Center for Experimental Study of Subsurface less than br greater than Environmental Processes (CESEP) at the Colorado School of Mines.
