- The Solicitation issue date (POSTED TO DIBBS WEBSITE) is OCTOBER 10, 2013. A Solicitation to be issued in anticipation of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) Contract for a base period of one year and four one year options for an estimated annual demand quantity of 12 pieces. NSN 2840-01-343-9875 for a Duct Assembly. This will be Small Business Set Aside full and open competition after exclusion of sources. This is a Critical Application Item; Configuration Control Applies; and Export Control Technical Data Packages is available at DSCR. Inspection IAW Origin and FOB Destination to Stock Location. A Government First Article Test will be required. Delivery of 233 days after the first article test will be requested. Electronic Offers are not acceptable; Offerors must submit a completed solicitation package; A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the RFP.
