- Amendment to RFQ RFQ Solicitation N00421-14-T-0003 is issued as an intent to sole source. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Saratech Corp, for maintenance of existing Solid Edge software, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 12 & FAR Part 13. This procurement is a total set-aside for small business under the authority of FAR Part 52.219-6. All quotes must for the exact item numbers on the solicitation.
