- TOPAS PWS Sources Sought Notice FA5613-14-TRICARE Operations & Patient Administration Support Provide non-personal services contract support for medical office admin support personnel to support the Outpatient Records section of the 86th Medical Group (MDG). Medical admin support personnel shall service daily operations functions of Release of Information (RoI) program, Smooth Move program, and Customer Service Desk. Contracted services shall include proper review, process and maintenance of medical records, medical admin assistance and customer service The Sources Sought notice is posted by a government agency seeking possible sources for a project. It is not a solicitation. The US Air Force is seeking potential sources who have the skills, experience, knowledge and capabilities required to perform TRICARE operations and patient administration support. Interested sources must have the following qualifications: The place of performance is the Kaiserslautern Military Community (KMC). The anticipated period of performance is 01 April 2014 through 31 March 2015, with the yearly option to extend the performance through 31 March 2019. Interested sources are requested to provide a capability statement which briefly describes previous and/or current work experience in or relating to the areas listed above. In addition, interested sources are requested to review attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for TRICARE operations and patient administration support in the KMC and Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP). Industry remarks are requested and are much appreciated.
