- Redacted Copy of Justification For Other Than Full and Open Competion The Government requires contract employees to be transported in armored and soft skin vehicles in Afghanistan. The client has stated that the U S Government doesn't have vehicles available so Lockheed Martin (LM) must provide this transportation to its contractors supporting this task order. LM will need both armored and soft skin vehicles to support the Afghan Military Training Services being provided under Task Order PD5711SAT102 at the training location in Kabul, Afghanistan. LM will lease the vehicles from vendors in Afghanistan. A redacted copy fo the justification for this awarded is attached.
