- This project was awarded as a Single Source 8(a) contract. The work includes all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to: (1) Renovate and repair existing Building 3 areas and provide additional classrooms and locker storage rooms to accommodate the additional personnel and equipment assigned to the facility; (2) Provide and install NMCI data and phone system in the Building for all existing and new rooms; (3) Provide new electrical, HVAC mechanical, fire protection systems and new architectural interior finishes; and (4) complete asbestos abatement (Reference 1).
