- Description
- The NAVSUP Weapon System Support awarded a five year base contract Repair Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA)on 10 August 2012, that supports the repair of approximately 300NSNs. This notice of synopsis is being issued as part of the annual review and Justification and Approval process. The line items listed on Attachment A, will be repaired by Northrop Grumman System Corp (03956) which, is located in Charlottesville, VA and is the place of performance. Northrop Grumman System Corp (03956)is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of these requirements and is the only known source to possess full repair capability. Complete data, drawings and the rights to the same are not available from the Government. Therefore, the items listed on Attachment A, are sole source to Northrop Grumman System Corp (03956). Even though these items are sole source to Northrop Grumman Systems Corp, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
