- CSC Applied Technologies LLC, Vance Air Force Base, Oklahoma intends to solicit and award on a sole source basis to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, Denro Systems, 7040 Troy Hill Drive, Suite B, Elkridge, Maryland, 21075, the purchase of one (1) Each, P/N 325996-022 KIT, CCA, OPR PRCSR W/DIFF 25 MHZ. Northrop Grumman is the only known company that manufactures and repairs Standard Digital Voice System parts which are mission essential in support of flight training at Vance Air Force Base. This is not a request for competitive proposals or solicitations, a determination not to compete this proposed purchase is within the descretion of the government.
